A couple FAQs at this time are:

1. If you don't have somewhere to put the gross pay, you just need to click the Add line button. A previous version automatically added a blank line but it's currently not doing this so you just have to click Add line. You can in fact add multiple lines for different components.
2. If you get an error about time, time range or code E2003, it's because the time on your computer is incorrect. You should fix the time on your computer and usually set it to auto set from the network time. Note that even a small error in the time can cause this. The ATO is of the opinion that time travel is not possible so STP lodgements should not arrive in the future or too far in the past.
