I work as a contract consultant in the commercial and industrial market, i.e. Business , Transport & Logistics, Construction, Mining, Forestry and Environmental sectors.

I also assist Investors to find the right asset to purchase, and conversley will place a seller with an investor or JV partner.

Risk Assessment is an imperative for all parties and is a critical part of the negotiation for all concerned.
